It’s a great place to start or finish a walk or cycle ride, with the dog friendly Tyne Riverside Cafe offering a range of hot and cold drinks and light meals.
Opening times: 9am to 5pm every day.
Facilities: Cafe, toilets, young child’s play area, picnic tables, walking and cycle routes including Hadrian’s Cycleway and Hadrian’s Wall Path national trail. Free car park, adjacent to bus interchange and train station.
