FULLY BOOKED – Take a look at the additional workshop on 29th November: Christmas Fused Glass Workshop – The Land of Oak & Iron

We’re delighted to welcome back talented glass artist Phillippa Lee to Land of Oak & Iron for another creative workshop where you’ll design and make your own beautiful fused glass Christmas decorations.

On this fun workshop we will be making up to 5 Christmas decorations, including Christmas Trees, Father Christmas, Angels, Penguins, Snow Men and Stars!

You’ll learn how to use a mixture of flat glass, stringers, glass ribbons, cabochons and sparkly bits to make your unique creations, which will then go off to be fired in Philippa’s kiln. You’re also welcome to bring your own ideas too.

During this relaxed and welcoming workshop, Phillippa will guide you through the techniques, making this session perfect for beginners while still offering plenty to enjoy for those with previous experience.

Once completed, your panel will be taken away to be kiln fired and finished. Pieces will then be available for collection or can be posted to you for a small additional charge, arranged on the day.
