Bark in the Park Returns to Land of Oak & Iron!
At Land of Oak & Iron, we love welcoming your four-legged friends! Our Heritage Centre is proudly dog friendly – we even have a special doggie treat menu just for them.
To celebrate our wonderful canine visitors, we’re bringing back our popular Bark in the Park event – a paw-some day out dedicated to dogs (and their human folk)..

Paw and hand print ceramics with Scribble & Patch To book a slot to have your dog’s paw print or child’s handprint at the event, please email Lindsey at li************@********co.uk
- Hand made coats, harnesses & drying coats with Love from Frank, along with friend Peanut & George with her cute little crochet creations.
- All-natural, grain & gluten free dog treats, handmade in Northumberland by Rodney & Co.
- Amazing 3D printed dog sculptures and more by Freshly Seal’d
- Fun tombola and information with Bryson’s Animal Shelter
- Plus Petsercise will be on the meadow (next to the playground) with a Scent Hurdle Demo’ with their dogs at 10.15am.
- You can also let your dogs have a go of free scent trail activities with Petsercise throughout the day.
- NE Dog Wash will be launching our new dog wash station and will be offering free dog washes between 12pm – 2pm

Trick for a Treat: Ask your pooch to do a paw shake or trick for one of team members, to be rewarded with a little doggie treat!
