Join Frances from The Nines Soap Works and learn the traditional skill of making your own handmade, natural soap in this evening workshop.

Frances will teach you how to create your own range of beautifully scented soaps using traditional techniques and your own choice of essential oils, colours and botanicals all from natural ingredients which are vegetarian friendly.

You’ll make two batches during the workshop and take home with you 10 unique bars of soap that you made yourself.

In between making the two batches of soap, you will have time for a short break to enjoy a hot drink and some nibbles.

The Heritage Centre and all our events are fully risk assessed and Covid-19 compliant.

Social distancing will be in place for both the artist/makers and participants.  We have enhanced cleaning regimes in place, sanitiser and hand gel is available at both entrances to the Heritage Centre and face coverings to be worn when entering the building to use toilets, shop area and café shrub.
