Join us at the Heritage Centre for an entertaining evening of fantastic live music and food on the last Friday of every month.

At the end of the month, why not treat yourself to a delicious sweet or savoury crepes and waffles from Crepe Expectations Vintage Trailer, which will be situated in the Courtyard area.  Plenty of outdoor seating and more indoors if the evening is a bit chilly.

Alongside your crepes and waffles, enjoy an evening of original music from this month’s local performers The Northern Railroad Collective.

Alcoholic drinks (along with non alcoholic drinks) and sweet treats will be available to purchase from our café to enjoy alongside your crepe/waffles and live music. No need to book, just turn up and for a great evening between 6pm – 9pm (last food order 8.30pm). Get here early to grab a seat, order your food and settle in for a great evening of live music.

A bit more about this month’s musicians:

The Northern Railroad Collective formed around 5 years ago and are a 4-5 piece acoustic band playing and singing tunes influenced by the music of Old Timey, Appalachian, Americana and Country.

You’ll also catch them mixing other folky foot tapping tunes along with original material.  With a mix of instruments including guitars, banjo, mandolin, bass and banjo ukulele, coupled with great vocals and harmonies they create a very distinctive sound and style.  One thing is for sure, like them, you’ll certainly have fun and a smile on your face!
