Enjoy a fantastic day out with Durham Wildlife Trust at Low Barns Nature Reserve and learn about green woodworking with one of Land of Oak & Iron’s own crafts people.

Tim Davis of PoomWood will be teaching traditional skills such as using a shave horse and pole lathe to shape and turn wood. No experience necessary, but those with some skills are welcome to come and and improve. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

Booking is essential, there is a charge of £15 for the day.
