Local ornithologist Michael Turner will guide you through the basics of birdwatching and how to get the best out of this most enjoyable pastime. You will learn to identify birds by sight and sound and find out what equipment you need and more importantly, don’t need. Please bring binoculars and field guides if you have them and dress appropriately with stout footwear. No dogs please.
