Discover the history of railways in the Derwent Valley at a free book launch at The North of England Institute for Mining and Mechanical Engineers.

This free event will launch a new book written by local historian Les Turnbull. Les will give a brief introductory talk about the book then there will be refreshments and free book signing; books for sale on the night costing £10.

All welcome, please bring friends and family along.
