Join Gateshead Ramblers for their weekly walk, starting with a short visit to Derwentcote steel furnace with a local historian, then exploring the Derwent Valley around the Derwent Walk and Medomsley area.

Meet in the Derwentcote car park ready to walk at 10am, please wear walking boots or shoes and suitable clothing for the weather, bring a packed lunch and a drink.  The walk will be led by experienced walk leaders and is part of the Ramblers regular weekly programme, find out more on their website.
